We understand that selecting a floral designer for your wedding is a big decision. To help you make a more informed choice we have put together a few frequently asked questions (FAQs) that couples often ask when they get in touch.1. What is included in your intimate wedding floral service?
Our intimate wedding service is designed for small weddings or elopements for up to twenty people. Couples are increasingly deciding to keep celebrations small but still want their wedding to be a special occasion with every attention to detail maintained. We provide the same high level of service and quality floral bridal flowers and centrepieces as we do for our bespoke service. After an initial consultation – either online or in person – we are guided by your choice of colours and you leave us to do the rest. Nearer to the date, we schedule another call to confirm the number of arrangements and these are either delivered to the venue by us or collected by you in person from our atelier.
2. What is included in your bespoke wedding floral service?
Our bespoke service offers couples an end-to-end floral concierge service. After the first consultation, we produce a comprehensive three-page proposal outlining our discussion and suggested floral arrangements. We then accompany you on a site visit and spend time visualising the space and the floral possibilities. Back at the atelier, we draw together moodboards and designs which we then forward to you for approval. Nearer to the date, we have a final consultation to confirm the final numbers and logistics. We always reach out to the venue wedding coordinator and build a strong relationship, working with them and taking advice on the constraints of the space and limitations of access. On the wedding day, we undertake the installation and delivery of the designs to the venue. We can also arrange separate delivery of the bridal flowers. After the wedding, we return to dismantle and de-rig and ensure your flowers are left for you to distribute to friends and family. Throughout the process we continually update and communicate with you by email on the whole floral process.
3. What is the price of wedding flowers?
When couples ask us for a quotation, it is very difficult to provide an accurate pricing of our services without understanding better the details of your big day. We therefore do not provide quotes via email before an initial consultation. Our wedding consultations are free and can be booked online or by email without obligation. We encourage you to book an online meeting with us so we can discuss your plans and create some exciting ideas for your special day. Please note, our intimate wedding service is priced from £700 and our bespoke floral service starts from £1,500.
